Hanham High School was opened in 1977 on a 22-acre site with extensive playing field. It shares its campus with two large primary schools. It is a specialist school for performing arts, which is a strong area within the school. The school provides various extra-curricular activities such as visits abroad, revision/homework club, dance club, music and drama groups. Good community links with whole school charity fundraising is a significant feature of the school. Students are given every opportunity to excel and fulfil their potential.
