Greatfield Park Primary School is a county co-educational primary school, situated on the southeast outskirts of Cheltenham in the district of Up Hatherley. Within the grounds of this new, purpose-built one-form entry primary school are attractive landscaped gardens; quiet areas; a hard surface playground and ample indoor/outdoor sports facilities. The school has a fully equipped, air-conditioned ICT suite housing 10 desktop computers. The school offers an extensive range of extra-curricular clubs including football, rugby, netball, hockey, cricket, athletics, rounders, tennis and dance and some other clubs are French, cookery, chess, art, school council, recorder and choir. Pupils have the opportunity to participate in concerts, productions, assemblies, talent contests as well as other community events throughout the academic years. Each year children are able to take time out of school with their teachers, to visit places of local interest that allow them to enrich their curriculum experiences.
